Heavy rainfall forecast in six Telangana districts on July 28

The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a heavy rainfall forecast for six Telangana districts for Tuesday (July 28, 2026).

According to IMDs latest bulletin, heavy rainfall is very likely to occur at isolated places in Adilabad, Kumaram Bheem Asifabad, Mancherial, Jayashankar Bhupalpally, Mulugu and Bhadradri Kothagudem districts. Additionally, strong surface winds are very likely to prevail at isolated places in all 33 districts of the State.

Hyderabad city and its surrounding areas for the next 24 hours will see a generally cloudy sky. “Light to moderate rain or thundershowers are very likely to occur in parts of the city. The maximum and minimum temperatures are likely to be around 29℃ and 23℃ respectively,” the bulletin said.
