The owner here, she's got no control over the dog & all she's doing here is separating the dog instead of saving the boy attacked. She's the one to be blamed here more then the dog. My neighbour is a former USMC soldier. Once a pitbull owned by another neighbour entered his property & he immediately rushed to get his shotgun. The owners quickly captured the mutt & when she was leaving the former marine neighbour warned her saying that if I ever see that beast without a leash I'll shoot it between the eyes. Later he explained me that a pitbull mastiff is a killer, no matter how much taming is done its a killer. And if you're ever charged by one then immediately gouge its eyes or hit it with something on the head otherwise there's no chance for you.
