Media shall go and report every village and farm where stubble burning is happening. Delhi's own pollution happen in December, January and February too but we don't see so much chaos against pollution at that time. Not against farmers, but sadly that's the main reason why north india gets polluted and chokes delhi that is suffering from its own pollution
