Bro this isn't a lie live in India and then drink tap water everyday,u will see infections happening and about ice too almost all of the shops have unhygienic ice and tap water don't think about it drink only from the bottle and I am from Bihar and ngl Bihar is a Lil more dirtier so I have more experience and can tell u

The one mistake foreign food vloggers do is that they eat stuff from streets which not even the actual Indians eat. So please use your own sanity, maybe ask some locals for good spots to eat. Authentic indian culture/food doesn't lie only on streets or restaurants. Different experiences are found in different places. That's the true beauty of our place.

My dad would tell me how he ate at a small restaurant, and he ended up getting food poisoning, and was sick for about 2 weeks before he could come home.
But yea, they are very clean, but possibly not as likely to get food poisoning, I think it was just that one time
