Thing is, once this is over, whose gonna stop them from coming back to India whether it be through Bengal or any other state? The fact that most of them were cheap labors, unless their employers themselves are stopped from re hiring them, they will continue coming in small portions back to India and living in similar areas like they were living earlier.
