From very early trends it appears that it's NDA which is coming back. Another thing which is proved beyond reasonable doubt is that in Bihar castes, money play a vital role and the RJD is not a spent force as yet. Rahul Gandhi has once again confirmed that he is not adept in electoral politics. He picks up some themes from time to time and then paradrops himself on a state. He's an absolute zero in electoral politics- keeping RAGA in politics will be a costly proposition for the Congress ( which is doing quite badly at present). When the time came for the difficult phase of seats bargaining, rahul played truant. There's no party base in Bihar. Ornamental exercises don't win you seats.
Remember someone had commented that keeping Gsndhiji in perpetual poverty was quite costly. Same is the case with Rahul.
It appears Rahul gets bored with things easily. He lacks the will and capacity for the real long haul. These ornamental exercises such as 'Vote adhikar yatra' etc matter very little in Bihar. Rahul Gandhi doesn't know Bihar politics on the ground. So it's back to square one in Bihar. My guess is Nitish will be made CM but he will step down in a year on medical grounds.
